Ingredients: cooked diced chicken; about 1/4 c. olive oil; 1 bunch green onions; 1 or 2 cloves garlic; bell pepper; flour; Parmesan cheese; carrots (however many you want); marjoram (about 1/2 tsp. or to taste); thyme (about 1/2 tsp. or to taste); pepper to taste; salt to taste; about 1/4 c. white wine (if you want it)

carrots (however many you want)

Saut green onion, garlic and green pepper in olive oil. Add flour, several tablespoons; stir until a paste forms. Add chicken stock in proportion of about 1 cup of broth to 2 tablespoons of flour to make the amount you want. Add chunks of carrots, seasonings and about 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. Add wine, if using. (It does perk it up a bit.)
