¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
125 g butter
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sherry wine
⅓ cup marmalade
⅓ cup orange juice

Mix flour, curry, salt and pepper together in a freezer bag.

Place chicken in bag and coat all pieces.

Heat oil and 80g of the butter in frypan, add chicken, cook for 10 minutes.

Remove, keep warm.
