1/3 c. salsa
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 onion, sliced into rings
1 green or sweet red pepper, cut bite size
9 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast
2 c. lettuce, shredded
1 green onion, thinly sliced
