2 tablespoons chili powder
½ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt, divided

Put 1 tablespoon olive oil in large cast iron skillet.

Put onions, peppers, tomatoes, in skillet and saute til tender.

Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Remove from skillet.

Put 2 tablespoons olive oil in skillet and saute chicken with 1 bulb garlic,1/2 teaspoon salt, chili powder, and cumin until it is tender.

Add some water if it starts to stick.

When done, combine with vegetables and adjust seasonings.
