2 each sweet bell peppers one green and one red, cut into bite-size strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
9 ounces chicken breasts halves, cut into bite-sized strips
⅓ cup salsa
2 cups lettuce shredded
1/4 cup yogurt, low-fat
1 x scallions, spring or green onions thinly sliced

Place in 300 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through.

Meanwhile, spray a large skillet with Pam.

Add onion and garlic, stir fry for 2 minutes.
