In a frying pan cook the green and red pepper in the 3tbsp of olive oil for a few minutes. Add onion and fry until tender. Add chicken breast and cook until almost well done. Add the oregano (add some salt and pepper if you would like). Finish cooking chicken.

Prepare the phyllo pastry according to the instructons on the package you have purchased. spread out a few sheets of phyllo on some parchment paper and brush with olive oil very lightly.

Spoon cooked chicken and vegetables on top of the pastry; add feta and mozza cheeses to your own taste. Wrap the chicken in the pastry and fold. Place the first wrap on top of a few more phyllo sheets and repeat wrap.

Place on a non-stick pan brushed with oil. bake in oven at 350 fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
