1 egg
Flour
Head of escarole
Garlic, crushed
1 c. dry white wine
1 c. chicken broth
1-2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Extra virgin olive oil

Saute/fry in extra virgin olive oil.

Set chicken breast aside.

Saute/fry crushed garlic and minced escarole till wilted.

Place chicken breasts in baking pan and pour sauce over.
