2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 to 3 c. cooked chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Place broccoli packages in oven.

Microwave at High 3 minutes or until package is flexible.

Layer broccoli in a glass pie plate.

In medium bowl, mix soup, sour cream, lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic powder together.

Stir in chicken and pour over broccoli.
