1/4 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. minced or fresh garlic

In frypan put garlic and butter until garlic is browned.

Add flour and chicken broth about a minute until pasty.

Add heavy cream, cheese, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

Cook until thick (bring to boil).
