2 chicken breasts, halved (2 1/4 pound & boned)
Salt & pepper
4 slices ham (4 ounce.)
4 slices Swiss cheese (4 ounce.)
3/4 c. flour
2 Large eggs, beaten
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. white wine
Mushroom sauce

Flatten chicken breasts with wooden mallet.

Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Top each with ham and then cheese.

Fold chicken over.

Dip in flour, egg, then fine bread crumbs.

In a fry pan, saute/fry in butter till a light golden.
