To make the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and sprinkle the flour over it.

Stir together for about 30 seconds to let the flour cook out, then slowly stream in the milk while stirring frequently.

Once the milk and butter/flour mixture have been incorporated, add the salt, pepper, nutmeg and mustard.

Stir to combine and let simmer until thickened.

Remove from heat and let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

To make the pizza, spread about half of the sauce on the crust.

Sprinkle with Swiss cheese and evenly spread the ham and chicken on top.

Bake for 10-15 minutes at 450 degrees F until the top is brown and bubbly and the crust is done.

Remove from heat and let it sit for about 5 minutes before cutting!
