1/2 teaspoon powdered mustard
1/4 teaspoon sage
Dash pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
1 packet instant chicken broth mix
4 ounce. cheddar cheese, shredded
8 ounce. diced cooked chicken
1 c. carrots
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. broccoli florets
4 buttermilk biscuits

In saucepan heat butter till bubbly; add in flour, sage and mustard, stir to combine.

Gradually add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat, cook till thick, 5 - 10 min, stirring occasionally.

Add in cheese, stir till melted.

Cook carrots, mushrooms and broccoli slightly in microwave.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray 4 small casserole dishes with cooking spray.
