Chicken casserole

   Cut potatoes in small cubes.

   Add a little olive oil before u add potatoes, and spread butter evenly on top

   Season potatoes with a little bit of salt and pepper and paprika.

   ( i like to add onions , tomatoes, and green bell peppers to my potatoes.)

   Preheat oven at 450A F. Let potatoes cook for 35- 40 minutes .

   Stirring every 10 - 15 mins.

   In separate bowl, add olive oil, chicken breast cut into small cubes, Salt, garlic powder, black pepper and 6 tablespoons of Hot sauce.

   Mix it

   Once potatoes have been in the oven for over 30 mins, throw in the chicken ontop and let it cook for abother 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.

    Last but not least throw a lot of shredded chees ontop .

    I use Mozzarella and 3 mixed cheese.

    Throw it back in the oven for an extra 2 minutes for cheese melting purposes.
