Ingredients: 2 chickens; 1/2 c. onions; 1/2 c. green pepper; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 can black pitted olives, chopped; cheese; 16 oz. pkg. egg noodles, cooked; 4 oz. can pimentos; bread crumbs; 12 oz. frozen peas; 4 oz. mushrooms

2 chickens
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can black pitted olives, chopped
cheese
16 oz. pkg. egg noodles, cooked
4 oz. can pimentos
bread crumbs
12 oz. frozen peas
4 oz. mushrooms

Stew chickens with some onion, celery and salt.

Saute in butter, onions, green pepper and drained mushrooms.

In a large pan, put liquid from drained mushrooms and olives; add chicken broth.

Bring to boil and add noodles, sauteed mixture, olives and frozen peas (thawed).

Add 1 cup cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) and chicken.

Put half of this mixture in baking dish. Add layer of cheese, other half of cheese and bread crumbs.
