Ingredients: 1 whole chicken; 1 pkg. dry Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing; 1/2 c. onion; 1/2 c. celery; 1/2 c. mayonnaise; 3/4 tsp. salt; 1 stick melted margarine; 1 c. chicken broth; 2 eggs; 1/2 c. milk; 1 can mushroom soup

1 whole chicken
1 pkg. dry Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
1 stick melted margarine
1 c. chicken broth
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup

Cook chicken and debone it.

Grease a large casserole dish and put 1/2 package of corn bread stuffing in bottom of dish.

Sprinkle onion, celery, mayonnaise and salt over stuffing.

Place chicken on top and pour margarine and chicken broth over the mixture.

Pour other half dry dressing over this.

Beat eggs in milk and pour over top.

Refrigerate overnight.

Remove 2 hours before cooking.

Put soup over top.

Bake at 325u00b0 for 50 minutes.
