1 lb. American cheese, grated
1 stick oleo
1 large onion, diced
1 small can water chestnuts
1 clove garlic
2 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small jar pimento, chopped

Cook hen until done; cool and debone.

Cook noodles in broth. Saute in oleo the onion, water chestnuts, garlic, celery and pepper.
