Cook broccoli according to package, drain and set aside.

For sauce, in medium saucepan, heat butter.

Blend in flour, salt and nutmeg.

Add in lowfat milk all at once.

Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.

Cook, stirring constantly for 2 min more.

Add in Swiss cheese, stir till melted, set aside.

For filling, combine chicken broccoli and 1 c. of the cheese sauce.

Spoon about 1/2 c. filling along center of unbrowned side of each crepe.

Roll up crepes, place seam side up in baking dish.

Pour remaining cheese sauce over crepes.

Sprinkle with paprika if you like.

Cover, bake in 375 degree oven for 18 to 20 min.
