   preheat oven to 350 degress and spray a 13x9 baking pan with cooking spray

   add oil and italian seasoning in a bowl and stir

   cut chicken up in medium size thin bites dont cook leave raw

   take chicken and put in bowl with seasoning and stir

5. 5

   next place half of chicken one side of a baking dish and then green beans in center then place remainnig chicken on other side remaining oil and seasoning drench over green beans and use tongs and stir the beans

   next add garlic and bell pepper seasoning on top and cover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes till chicken
