UNCLE BEN'S® Original Recipe Long Grain Wild Rice; 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or possibly American cheese; 2 c. crushed potato chips

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
2 c. celery, minced
2 tbsp. grated onion (optional)
1/2 c. minced almonds
1 1/2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® Original Recipe Long Grain Wild Rice
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or possibly American cheese
2 c. crushed potato chips

Combine mayonnaise, water and lemon juice.

Add in soup and stir in chicken, celery, onion, almonds and rice.

Place in a 2 qt casserole and sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.

Crumble potato chips on top and bake 10 min more.
