Chicken and Rice

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.

   Mix together rice, soups and water and pour into prepared pan.

   Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour.

   Remove rice from oven and carefully remove foil.

6. 6

   Lay chicken pieces on top and season with salt and pepper.

7. 7

   Replace foil cover and continue baking for 30-35 minutes until chicken is done.
