Mix together the soy sauce,cornstarch, Sherry, brown sugar, ginger, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, green onions and garlic pour half of this marinade onto the chicken and let it sit

Then heat up your peanut or veggie oil and add the broccoli as soon as it's not.

Let your broccoli get green and place it on a plate once done

Add the chicken and marinade into your pan and let it cook for a few seconds before you turn it over let your chicken fully cook and put on a plate

Then take the rest of the sauce and add it to the pan and then add your 1/4 of oyster sauce and 1/4 of chicken broth let cook until it gets thick make sure to stir then add your chicken and your brocoli and mix it together and cook for a few minutes

Serve with white rice :) and enjoy!!
