First, add 1 cup of chicken broth to a pot then place in your chicken breast.
-
2
Use water to finish covering chicken, add salt, pepper and cayenne then bring to a boil and let simmer 20 minutes.
-
3
Once chicken is finished, place chicken and parsley on cutting board to cool and reserve broth mixture in a bowl.
-
4
Heat up a bit of oil in your pan, add onion and sautee until cooked as you like.
-
5
Don't drop any onion on your floor.
-
6
Cats don't like onion.
-
7
Onion is death.
-
8
While onions sautee, cut chicken into (roughly) 1 inch cubes, and chop parsley.
-
9
Don't eat the chicken, but give some to your cat.
-
10
When onion is done, add flour to create a rue.
-
11
More or less flour may be needed.
-
12
To your rue, add 1 cup broth mixture and 1 cup milk.
-
13
More or less may be added to achieve desired consistency.
-
14
Add salt, pepper and a pinch of cayenne as you like.
-
15
To your delicious, creamy mixture add chicken, parsley and mixed veggies.
-
16
Add as much as you'd like, stir and let everything heat thoroughly to cook the veggies.
-
17
I like mine on the crisp side.
-
18

I like to eat this over mash potatoes, but over biscuits is delicious too.
