Chewy Oatmeal Potato Chip Cookies

   Grease baking pan with butter flavor Crisco.

   Mix butter flavor Crisco, light brown sugar, egg, milk and vanilla in a bowl.

   Beat at medium speed until well blended.

   Mix oats and cinnamon.

   Mix into creamed mixture at low speed just until blended.

   Stir in potato chips.

   Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 2-inches apart onto baking pan.
