Ingredients: 1 1/2 stick butter; 1 1/2 cup chopped onion; 1 1/2 cup chopped celery; 2 1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets; 2 cup fresh cauliflower florets; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 can cheddar cheese soup; 4 oz cream cheese ( half block); 2 cup chopped fresh spinach; 3 cup rice ( I used leftover, precooked. Can use uncooked); 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese; 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese; 1 cup milk; 1 pepper to taste; 1 panko bread crumbs; 1 shredded cheese; 1 a few slabs of butter on top

1 1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cup chopped celery
2 1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets
2 cup fresh cauliflower florets
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
4 oz cream cheese ( half block)
2 cup chopped fresh spinach
3 cup rice ( I used leftover, precooked. Can use uncooked)
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup milk
1 pepper to taste
1 panko bread crumbs
1 shredded cheese
1 a few slabs of butter on top

preheat oven to 350 degrees

in large pan on med-low heat, warm butter, celery, and onion until softened

add broccoli and cauliflower to pan

add both cans of soup and cream cheese to heated mixture

transfer mixture to large mixing bowl.

Add spinach, rice, cheese, milk, and pepper

mix well.

pour into 13x9 in.
