Ingredients: 8 oz. spaghetti noodles; 1 lb. ground chuck; 1/2 c. chopped onion; 15 oz. can tomato sauce; 2 1/2 c. water; 1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix (Durkee); 1 c. milk; 1/2 c. water; 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese; 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan; 1/2 tsp. oregano; 1 tsp. salt; 2 Tbsp. margarine; 3 Tbsp. flour

8 oz. spaghetti noodles
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
15 oz. can tomato sauce
2 1/2 c. water
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix (Durkee)
1 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour

Brown chuck with onion; drain.

Add tomato sauce, 2 1/4 cups water, spaghetti sauce mix, oregano and salt.

Simmer uncovered 20 minutes.

Cook spaghetti noodles according to directions, rinse and drain; set aside.

In skillet, melt butter (take away from heat); stir in flour until smooth.

Add 1/2 cup water and milk; stir until smooth.

Put in cheese and place on burner just long enough to melt the cheese and stir until smooth.

Layer 1/2 spaghetti, 1/2 tomato sauce, cheese sauce (use all of it), remaining spaghetti and remaining tomato sauce.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
