Put in large sauce pan with water (I always add onion, garlic and salt to water).

Boil until fork tender.

Mash potatoes and add butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Spread 2/3 of potatoes into sides and bottom of greased 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.

In a bowl, combine cheese, ham, broccoli and onion.

Spoon into baking dish with potatoes.

Beat eggs and then add milk.

Pour over broccoli and ham.

Spread other 1/3 potatoes over top and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 400 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
