Cheesy Pine Nut Puffs

   Preheat oven to 425.

   In a medium saucepan, combine milk and butter.

   Place over medium heat until butter melts.

   Stir in flour.

   Cook, stirring constantly, until batter leaves the side of the pan and forms a ball.

   Remove from heat.

   Beat in eggs, one at a time, making sure each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next.

   Fold in cheese, ham and pine nuts.

   Scoop into 1 inch balls and arrange 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.

    Bake 15 minutes, then lower heat to 325 and bake until golden brown, 10-15 minutes longer.

    Serve warm or at room temperature.
