16 ounces egg noodles
¼ cup melted butter
2 cups sliced mushrooms
3 cups 4% cottage cheese, Daisy Brand
2 cups sour cream, Daisy Brand
1 cup pecan halves
½ cup green onion, sliced
2 tablespoons dry sherry
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon roasted garlic, minced
½ teaspoon ground red pepper
1 cup romano cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350F.

Cook noodles according to package directions, drain.

Combine noodles and 1 tablespoons melted butter in a large bowl.

Saute mushrooms lightly in 1 Tbsp .butter, add to noodles.

In a medium size bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, pecans, green onions, sherry, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ground red pepper.
