Cheesy Microwave Chicken

   Season chicken with paprika and garlic salt.

   Beat eggs and milk in shallow bowl.

   Place bread crumbs and cheese in shallow bowl and blend.

   Coat chicken first in egg mixture, then in bread crumb mixture.

   Place chicken in microwave-safe dish and meaty portions to outside of dish.

   Drizzle butter over chicken and sprinkle with any remaining bread crumbs.

   Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High 5 to 8 minutes.

   Continue to cook on 70% power 15 to 18 minutes or until done.

   Let stand 5 minutes.
