1/4 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. basil
1/3 c. nonfat Parmesan
1 c. diced turkey ham
8 cooked lasagne noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
