1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon fast rising yeast
1 cup water
1 tablespoon garlic-infused olive oil
¼ cup Italian dressing

In large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, & yeast.

In separate bowl, combine water & oil.

Mix by hand to form soft dough (add extra flour as needed).

Knead on floured bread board for 2 minutes.

Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease evenly.

Cover with towel and let rise in warm place 20 minutes.

Punch dough down & place on greased pizza pan.

Pat down to cover pan.
