Peel and grate potatoes

make a large patty out of all of the sausage

fry bacon until crispy, cool and crumble

in a large frying pan cook huge sausage patty the size of the pan

sprinkle grated taters about a half inch thick in hot pan with butter and oil , the size of the large pan

fry one more hash brown up

turn oven on to 350

grate cheddar

now on a baking pan put down one hash brown and sprinkle cheese on top side then lay sausage patty on top.

then put more cheese on top of sausage and sprinkle bacon on top of cheese.

and put the other hash brown on top.

bake to melt together and warm all up for 20 minutes or so

now cut this into 4 triangles like a pizza kinda.

serve with a dollop of daisy on top and sprinkle finely chopped green onions on top
