1 tablespoon butter
2 minced shallots
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ cup half-and-half cream
¼ cup chicken broth
salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Arrange the mushroom slices in a shallow casserole dish.

In a small frying pan, saute the shallots in 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat until soft.
