3/4 pounds Sliced Mushrooms
2 whole Minced Garlic Cloves
1/2 pounds Penne Pasta
1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
2 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Milk
3 Tablespoons Dry Sherry
4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Divided Use
1/2 teaspoons Thyme
4 cups Cooked Chicken Cut Into Cubes
Salt And Pepper, to taste

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium high heat.

Add mushrooms, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
