Cheesy Chicken Roll Ups

   Boil chicken in water over medium-high heat.

   Once it is done, about 20-30 minutes, shred it with 2 forks.

   Add the cheddar, colby jack, cream cheese, salt, and pepper, and mix all together until it is well combined.

   Roll out the crescent rolls, keeping 2 rolls together at a time.

   Take 1/4 of the chicken/cheese mixture and place in each crescent pair and roll up.

   Place seam-down on a baking sheet.

   Pour or brush a little bit of melted butter on top and sprinkle on some bread crumbs.

   Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
