Cheesy Chicken Meatballs in a Western-Style Hot Pot

   Add the minced chicken, onion, carrot, beaten egg, a little less than 1 tablespoon of katakuriko, salt, pepper, and parsley to a bowl and knead together.

   Cut the cheese into cubes and make meatballs with the cheese at the center (I used 2 slices of cheese).

   If you apply a little oil to your hands, it'll be easier to make the meatball shapes.

   If you parboil them it'll be easy when you eat them.

   Use the hot water broth in your hot pot.
