4 skin-on chicken breast fillets
2 slices smoked ham (large slice)
2 ounces gruyere cheese, thinly sliced
1 large tomatoes, cut into 8 slices

Allow the marinade to soak into the flesh for 30 minutes.

Place the marinated chicken in the centre of the preheated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

Remove the cooked chicken from the oven, then preheat the broiler to moderate.

Slice the ham in half to give 4 pieces and arrange one piece on each breast.

Top with the cheese and 2 slices of tomato, then season to taste.

Place under the broiler for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese starts to bubble.
