Ingredients: 1 lb Ground Beef; 6 piece Crumbled Cooked Bacon (or more if youd like); 3 rings of an onion,diced; 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs; 1/2 cup Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Crumbles; 1/4 cup Milk (about); 1 Egg; 2 dash Each: salt,pepper,onion powder,garlic powder (or to taste); 3 tbsp Brown Sugar; 4 tbsp Ketchup; 1 tbsp Sriracha; 1 tbsp Honey Mustard; 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

1 lb Ground Beef
6 piece Crumbled Cooked Bacon (or more if youd like)
3 rings of an onion,diced
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Crumbles
1/4 cup Milk (about)
1 Egg
2 dash Each: salt,pepper,onion powder,garlic powder (or to taste)
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
4 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp Honey Mustard
2 tbsp Brown Sugar

Preheat oven to 350 F

Cook diced onions in buttered skillet until somewhat translucent.

Mix all ingredients together except topping.

Add your cooked diced onions.

Place in small meatloaf dish or mold into a loaf shape.

Combine all topping ingredients.

Spread evenly on top of meatloaf.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour...Increase oven temp to 375,and bake for another 20 minutes or to your liking.
