   Cut the tomato in very small squares and the garlic cloves too.

   Put on the gas in low.

   Put in the olive oil and the garlic.

   Let the garlic brown a bit.

   When you see the garlic is brown, put on the tomato and tomato puree.

   Put in the salt, pepper and sugar.

   At this point makr strips out of the cheese slices and put them in horizontally in the sauce.

   Mix well.

   When the cheese melts put the gas off and mix your sauce in with your pasta.
