1/3 c. butter or oleo, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 4 ingredients; pat mixture into an 8 x 8-inch pan.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes (save 1/4 cup for top). Meanwhile, beat cheese and sugar smooth; beat in remaining ingredients.

Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Bake 30 minutes or more until set.
