Cheesecake

   Cream and smooth the cream cheese, butter and sugar.

   Whip eggs and cornstarch, then lemon juice and sour cream.

   Add the portions, then add milk slowly.

   Bake in a water bath at 350u00b0 until the top cracks, but not too brown.

   Let cool and take out of pan.

   Yields 3 cheesecakes.
