Cheeseburger Loaf

   Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and onion soup mix.

   With heel of your hand spread out on wax paper to form a round shape.

   Combine catsup and mustard and spread over meat.

   Spread onion and then lay 3 to 4 slices of cheese.

   Roll jelly roll style, sealing edges.

   Over the top of loaf you may lay bacon pieces, if desired.

   Put in loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350u00b0.
