1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 tsp. ground pepper

1 egg
3 Tbsp. ketchup
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. sweet milk
4 slices American cheese

Mix all ingredients into meat, except cheese.

Put half of mixture into a loaf pan.

Put 2 slices of cheese on top.

Layer rest of meat mixture, then other 2 slices of cheese.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.

Allow loaf to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
