Cheese Topped Chicken

   Rinse and pat dry chicken.

   Cook garlic in butter for 30 seconds.

   Mix flour, salt and pepper; coat chicken in mixture. Cook chicken in butter mixture for 20 minutes, turning once. Remove chicken, cook onions and sliced mushrooms in butter.

   Place chicken in casserole 13 x 9 x 2-inch.

   Spoon onions and mushroom butter mixture over chicken.

   Top with cheese slice. Bake at 400u00b0 until cheese melts and dish is warmed.
