Cheese Pudding

   Trim bread and dice.

   Put in glass dish and pour melted butter over.

   Add cheese and stir.

   Mix other ingredients together and pour over bread.

   Stir lightly.

   Beat egg whites and pat on top. Cook at 325u00b0 to 350u00b0 (ovens vary) until brown on top.
