Cheese Fans(Like Me!)

   Sift flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.

   Cut in shortening until mixture looks like coarse corn meal.

   Make a well in center of mixture and add milk all at one time.

   Stir with fork until dough follows fork around bowl.

5. 5

   Gently form dough into a ball and put onto a lightly floured surface.

   Knead it lightly with fingertips 10 to 15 times.
