In a mixing bowl Mix together the cream cheese and the sugar till very creamy and fluffy.

(Also you can leave it in the oven turned off with the oven door half open to cool ) Once it's cool put it on the refrigerator for at list 2 hours ..you can also top it with caramel and picans or berries any pinging you like...^_^
