Cheese And Sausage Grits Casserole

   Brown sausage; drain.

   Cook grits in salted water for 5 minutes.

   When grits are the consistency of oatmeal, stir in cheese.

   Remove from heat.

   Cover and let stand for a few minutes. Stir in butter, eggs, milk and garlic until well blended.

   Stir in sausage.

   Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake in a preheated 350u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
