Ingredients: 1 head Cauliflower; 1 cup Diced Ham; 4 Tablespoons Butter; 4 Tablespoons Flour (I Used Half White And Half Whole Wheat); 1 teaspoon Salt; 1/2 teaspoons Pepper; 1 dash Cayenne Pepper; 1 dash Spike Or Other Herb Blend; 2 cups Milk; 2 cups Shredded Cheese

1 head Cauliflower
1 cup Diced Ham
4 Tablespoons Butter
4 Tablespoons Flour (I Used Half White And Half Whole Wheat)
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoons Pepper
1 dash Cayenne Pepper
1 dash Spike Or Other Herb Blend
2 cups Milk
2 cups Shredded Cheese

Steam the cauliflower for 1015 minutes until done, then remove from heat and set aside in the steamer pan.

In a large thick pan, saute the ham pieces until slightly browned.

Remove from the pan and use that same pan to make the cheese sauce.

Melt butter over low heat.

Stir in flour, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and Spike (if using).

Blend to make a paste.

Cook for a few minutes, stirring, so the flour wont taste raw.

Slowly stir in the milk, stirring after each addition, to combine.

When through adding milk, add cheese, stirring to combine.

Turn off heat.

Stir in ham, mix well.

Stir in cauliflower, mix lightly.
