   0) Pre-heat 0ven to 350

   0.5) bring your fish out of fridge for about 15 min while you prep your stuff so that when you bake, it won't take as long, and as with steak, it will bring the internal temp of the cold fish closer to room temp given you are not in the midst of some massive heat wave and have no AC

   1) Mix mayo and sriracha

   2) line a baking pan with Aluminum foil unless you like to scrub your pans afterwards, drizzle some EVOO (yes, I am a fan) and place your filets on it

   3) Schmear your hot-marinade as thickly as you want on top

   4) Bake at 350 for about 15 min

   5) Ideally serve with some fresh white rice/brown rice/yellow rice and a nice salad
